SHIPPING & HANDLING

Handling times are 2 business days.

Delivery times are between 5-10 business days depending on your state. Due to the ongoing restrictions being placed in different states, delivery time frames can be affected and your patience in these cases would be appreciated.

Note that a signature is required to receive the parcel to all residential addresses and identification must be presented to receive the parcel to ensure the receiver is over the legal age.

Please read all our shipping policies and warranty information before placing an order. If you require to change your delivery details, please contact us as soon as possible. We may not always be able to change delivery details depending on which stage the order processing is up to, but we will do our best to accommodate your request. Once the order has been sent, we will be unable to change anymore.

RETURN POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, unopened, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@sessionsarden.com.au. If it's returned because of a change of mind, you will be liable to pay for the return postage costs. When the item returns back to our store, we will then issue a full refund. If you require us to organize the pickup, we will refund the full amount less the return postage cost.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Terms and Conditions of Lucky Draw - Sessions At Arden

1. Eligibility:

1.1 The Lucky Prize Draw ("the Draw") is open to all residents of Australia who are 18 years of age or older, excluding employees and immediate family members of employees of Session At Arden, its affiliates, subsidiaries,
advertising, and promotion agencies.

2. Entry Period:

2.1 The Entries will begin on 1st of the Month and end on last day of the same month at 11:59pm. All entries must be received by the specified time on the End Date. 

3. How to Enter:

3.1 To enter the Draw, participants must be a member of Sessions at Arden.

 3.2 Details will be used to communicate with you if you win the competition

 3.3 Your details will also be entered into our database for promotion and marketing for
the purpose to provide you with specials, promotions and other activities conducted by Sessions at Arden. You can unsubscribe anytime by pressing unsubscribe
in our Newsletters.

 3.4 One entry every $20 purchase in store (subject to change with every Lucky Draw).
For example, if you purchase $39.90, you have 1 entry. If you purchase $60.05, you have 3 entries into that month’s draw.

3.5 If you win the competition, you agree to have your photo taken when receiving the prize and uploaded to our social media such as but not limited to Facebook and Instagram.

 4. Prize:

 4.1 The prize will vary every month, please refer to our newsletter. It can be liquor,
gift cards of varying value. Some months will be higher value, some months will be lower.

4.2 The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item.

5. Winner Selection:

5.1 The winner will be selected in a random drawing within 1 week of Entries ending.

5.2 The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

6. Winner Notification:

6.1 The winner will be notified via email or phone within 3 days of the drawing.

6.2 The winner must respond to the notification within 7 days to claim their prize. If no response is received within this time frame, an alternate winner will be
selected.

6.3 The winner must claim the prize instore within 15 days of being notified of their win. Failure to claim the prize within this period will result in forfeiture.

7. General Conditions:

7.1 Session At Arden reserves the right to disqualify any participant if fraudulent activities or tampering with the entry process are suspected.

7.2 Session At Arden is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or
illegible entries.

7.3 Session At Arden reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Draw in its sole discretion.

7.4 The Draw is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

8. Governing Law:

8.1 The Draw and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state of
Victoria, Australia.

By participating in the Lucky Prize Draw, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions.
