Meet Kinoene, a more than 300-year-old, 15 gens, family-run brewery from Chiba, Japan 🇯🇵 — coming to North Melbourne for a one-night-only sake pairing dinner!

And yes — they both love drinking sake with Boss Kuma! 

🐶 This won’t be your usual sake-and-sushi affair. We’re breaking the rules and teaming up with our friends at Mr. Tucker, who will be serving a 4-course Western-inspired menu specially designed to pair with 7 remarkable sakes — including two seasonal, unpasteurised bottles that have already sold out in Japan, and the first-ever KUMA collaboration sake!

Even more exciting, Mr. Kato of Kinoene is flying in from Chiba to personally guide us through each sake on the night — sharing stories, brewing insights, and tasting notes.

1. **Reservation and Payment:**

   - All reservations
must be made in advance and are subject to availability.

   - Full payment is
required at the time of reservation to secure your spot.

2. Refunds -

Before 1st July – Full refund less transaction fees

Before 6th July – 50% refund less transaction fees

6th July or After - No refunds.

3. **Dietary Restrictions:**

   - Please inform us of any dietary restrictions or allergies at the time of booking, but no later than 72 hours before event.

   - While we will make every effort to accommodate dietary needs, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of allergens.

3. **Event Schedule:**

   - The dinner event will start promptly at the specified time. Late arrivals may miss portions of the experience.

   - The duration of the event is approximate and may vary based on the flow of the evening.

4. **Alcohol Consumption:**

   - Guests must be of legal drinking age (18 years) and present valid identification upon request.

   - Excessive alcohol
consumption will not be tolerated, and we reserve the right to refuse service
to any guest who appears to be intoxicated.

5. **Responsibility:**

   - The organizers and venue are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the event.

   - Participants are responsible for their conduct and any damage caused to the venue's property.

6. **Cancellation by Organizer:**

   - In the unlikely event that the dinner with wine pairing event is canceled by the organizer, a full refund will be issued to all registered participants.

Event requires at least 10 people. If less than 10 people sign up, event
will be postponed.

7. **Force Majeure:**

   - The organizers are not liable for any failure or delay in performance arising from events beyond their control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government regulations.

8. **Photography and Media:**

   - By attending the event, guests grant permission for the use of photographs or media taken during the event for promotional purposes.

9. **Changes to Terms and Conditions:**

   - The organizers reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions. Any changes
will be communicated to participants in a timely manner.
