Julien Brocard Chablis La Boissonneuse is a biodynamic white wine from the AOC Chablis. A Chardonnay produced by Julien Brocard Chablis.

Julien Brocard is the son of Jean Marc Brocard. In 2012 he launched his 7 Lieux range, comprising 7 wines made from plots in the family's winery,Domaine Brocard, and cultivated biodynamically. The biodynamic adventure began in 1998, since they have gone a little beyond organic farming in an effort to express the typicity of Chablis soils.

Julien Brocard Chablis La Boissonneuse is the first plot that Julien Brocard decided to cultivatebiodynamically. Its soil is clayey and limestone, and the grapes are harvested by hand. In the winery the vintage is pressed gently and the must ferments in wooden foudres. The winery has multiple wooden tanks of different sizes in order to ferment or carry out the ageing in tanks with a volume that depends on each plot and the characteristics of the harvest.

Julien Brocard Chablis La Boissonneuse is a white wine produced by following the principles of biodynamics that offers intense aromas and a good balance between fruit and minerality.
