Sakuramasamune produces its Sake using traditional manufacturing methods and techniques that have been cultivated since the Edo Period.

Special Daiginjo Genshu brewed 100% from the top quality rice for sake making, Yamadanishiki rice of Yokawa, Hyogo prefecture. Gently brewed by hand from plished to 35%, pure savoury taste of the rice is brought out.

Each brewing process is precisely controlled by the experienced professional brewers.
